Sampai akhirnya hari “quote” saya ini ditutup dengan membaca paragraf di bawah ini. Yup, paragraf yang cukup jelas menjabarkan apa sebenarnya yang akan saya bicarakan di Tugas Akhir Sarjana saya.

Dari pernyataan itu lah Tugas Akhir Sarjana saya berangkat. Dan pertanyaan untuk Tugas Akhir saya adalah,
“How to make external positioning (the market’s view of the company) and the internal culture (the company’s view itself) come into harmony?”
Because, when external positioning and internal culture come into harmony, the easier it is for the company to consolidate its chosen market position. The more harmony there is between external positioning and internal culture, the stronger the company’s personality will be.
